The Brief
To design, supply all products, provide interior architecture and design throughout the construction process, and furnish for rental. To maximise potential space in the new build element to maximise storage and ensure all bathrooms were en-suite.

The Design
Working with exposed timber walls provided design and palette limitations. It also meant all wiring and plumbing had to be meticulously planned before construction and routed into the walls off-site.
The existing tower block and surroundings inspired all materials selected. The elemental, raw, and simple finishes palate transport the outdoors in through the extensively glazed perimeter.
The CLT frame came with its challenges, which meant adopting appropriate alternative lighting and accessories that communicated the design language and illuminated the space adequately.
By selecting oak fittings, we maintained a consistent scheme throughout, linking the new space with the existing.
The Result
A light, bright, and stunning architectural property with a neutral yet daring palette. All three double beds achieved en-suite bathrooms, and the living/dining/kitchen area is generous in size, welcoming yet striking and stark.
